We already belong here. The question: how do we want to participate?

What is yours to bring?

What do you love enough to help bring into being?
(For your life and for the world.)

Meeting What's Alive

Sometimes we arrive with a clear question. Sometimes something in our lives is changing. And sometimes we simply want to listen more closely to what matters, what we are for, and how we want to participate in the life we already belong to.

I work with individuals, groups, and organizations in these territories. We begin with what is actually here, deepen contact with what matters, and explore what is yours to tend, create, question, change, protect, offer, or give yourself to.

Ways to Work Together

1:1 Guidance · Wayfinding

For questions of relationship, purpose, direction, creativity,  belonging, and participation, as well as times of transition or uncertainty.

Our work begins with the life you are actually living. Together we make room for deeper contact, clearer discernment, imagination, and a fuller sense of what you are for and how you want to live it.

A Sacred Dare

A small-group exploration of fuller participation.

Through connection, inquiry, embodied practice, place, and creativity, we explore what it means to take our seat more fully in our own lives and bring what matters into lived form.

New offering planned for Winter 2027.

Groups & Organizations

I work with groups and organizations that want to understand more clearly what they are here to serve and how they want to participate together.

That may arise through change, complexity, tension, growth, or simply a desire for deeper alignment. I help create the conditions for honest seeing and clearer purpose, and for relationships and structures that better support the work people want to do together.

Collaboration

Some of the work I care most about begins with a shared question rather than a defined problem.

I welcome conversations and collaborations with people exploring human development, relational intelligence, ecological participation, living systems, culture, technology and AI, collective creativity, and what it means to orient our capacities toward something worth serving.

I work virtually, in person here in Colorado, and on the land. I also travel for group work, collaborative projects, retreats, and occasional deeper work with individual clients.

What becomes possible when we take our place together?

About Jen

Practitioner · Facilitator · Field Steward · Ceremonialist

I’m Jen Medrick. My work has been shaped by many years of accompanying people and groups, leading and designing transformational programs, exploring relational and human development, working with organizations and systems, and learning through land, ceremony, and direct experience.

For more than a decade, I held practitioner and leadership roles with Luminous Awareness Institute. I am also an ordained Wild Guide, and nature-connected and ceremonial practice are woven deeply into how I understand belonging, relationship, and participation.

These strands may look different from the outside, but to me they belong to the same inquiry: How do we meet what is here, discover what is ours to bring, and participate more consciously in the worlds we already belong to?

How I Work

I do not begin with a fixed map of who you should become or what the answer ought to be.

I bring deep attention, intuition, pattern recognition, curiosity, and a willingness to stay with complexity without rushing toward premature resolution.

We listen for what is true. We distinguish what belongs to you from what does not. We notice where habit, story, desire, fear, and possibility may all be speaking at once.

And when something becomes clear enough, we explore how to live it.

That might mean a choice, a conversation, an experiment, a creation, a boundary, an ending, a commitment, or simply staying present to something long enough for the next movement to become known.

The map matters. The territory is alive.

Let's Connect!

If something here touches a question you’re living, a project you’re shaping, or a territory you’d like to explore together, I’d love to hear from you.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for. Tell me what caught your attention and what’s stirring for you.
